BTW, the FBI load for 10mm in the 80’s was a 180 HP at 980f/s (pf 176). FYI it was politics, not recoil, that killed the 10mm.
A 178 PF is right in the butter zone for USPSA competition. I like to make major with plenty of room to spare. At Area 5, I shot .45 ACP ammo through my 625 that was making a 182 PF or something like that.
