No, it’s a perfectly fine and functional defensive pistol. I know a few people that carry them for CCW guns. It just hasn’t caught on with LE, and I surmise there are are reasons for that.
The grip is quite well suited to hands that are covered in poutine.
I wouldn’t use the words “wretched” or “pulsating” to describe it, but the best thing I could say about it is that it is relentlessly mediocre with a needlessly annoying strip-n-reassemble procedure.

Rochester the gun likely rarely comes out of the holster except to qualify, but I can’t imagine Maryland Staties have it easy…..
