Sure, you might be training for a match that’s 3 months away, but worrying about how you’re going to perform in three months won’t help you accomplish your training goals today. Worry about today’s goal, whether it’s setting a dry fire PR or cranking out one more rep in the gym. Tomorrow will take care of itself if you take care of today.
