Training Quote

“Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

How does this quote apply to our training? Focus on today’s goals and plans. Sure, you might be training for a match that’s 3 months away, but worrying about how you’re going to perform in three months won’t help you accomplish your training goals today. Worry about today’s goal, whether it’s setting a dry fire PR or cranking out one more rep in the gym. Tomorrow will take care of itself if you take care of today.

    My application: I try not to look at the internet too much until I do my dry fire for the day…
