Goal Recap DTG For 08/06/2013

Run 5 miles – fail, I only did 3
30 minutes dry fire practice: reloads from concealment – pass. Reloading from concealment is lame.

My next big match that I’m really invested in is IDPA Nationals in September, so for the foreseeable future, all my training will be from concealment. After that, I’m going hard on training for NRA Action Pistol for the 2014 World Championship and Bianchi Cup.

  • Conditioning workout: 7 pullups, 72 pushups, 97 squats, 170 crunches
  • 30 minutes dry fire draws from concealment
