Goal recap for DTG 06/25/2013

Surrender Draw practice – 15 minutes. Success. I went off the timer and just worked on form for this one.
Go buy membership at local outdoor range. – Success! I have a key and everything, now I can shoot outside. Which let’s just be honest, is better.

DTG 06/26/2013

  • OHP 53% of my bodyweight.
  • Squat 59% of my bodyweight for 10 reps.

I’m still waiting on my new weights to be delivered, hopefully they’ll show up soon so I can start upping the weight on squats again. That is a very, very light squat. Need more weights!
