Goal Review for DTG 06/05/13
Dry Fire Session B: Killed it. Slammed reloads like a sir.
OHP 44% of my bodyweight, Squat 53%: Smashed it. I actually squatted 55% of my bodyweight. The OHP is starting to get a little squirrely, so I know I’m going to plateau there soon.
