We had a lot of fun doing this, as you can tell.  Our first official episode is Tuesday night, we’ll be discussing the Shooting Sports Summit report/NSSF kerfluffle; as well as blogger reactions to the piece.

PLEASE COME BACK.

  1. I listened to the whole podcast. Loved it! I listened to it embedded in Google Reader on my laptop using a Blackberry as a web connection at 115 kbps and it sounded fine. No audio “hiccups” or stalling or impairments of any kind. I’ll tune in tonight, too!

Hey, it was great to meet you at the Indy Blogmeet. I have never met Bonnie, but you two are a good pairing for radio. Guns and comedy, kinda like Bonnie and Clyde meet Lucy and Ricky.

When I took my sons to San Fran, oh, three years ago now, we drove down to the Hearst Mansion (Californians do NOT call it “San Simeon” because that is the name of the little village) and took the tour. Amazing place. Even more amazing to look around at the top of the hill and consider that almost everything you can see, from horizon to horizon, was (or is) owned by the Hearst family. Also saw Morro Bay, the Aquarium, Cannery Row, Carmel, Big Sur, Haight-Asbury, Half Moon Bay, etc.

  2. The Captain Planet movie should be a parody movie: the Planeteers try to wipe out humanity and Wheeler acts as the voice of reason. It would make millions.

    Pirates of Darkwater, also awesome.

    (And ExoSquad, too.)
