The Georgia Senate passed HB 89 by a vote of 41 to 15.
The word on the street is that the Governor will actually sign the gutted/revised version that the Senate passed, so this is a small victory for Georgia CCW holders. Like I said, I’ll take a small victory over no victory any day of the week.
