Goal review for DTG 06/06/2013

Live fire session A and B – work interfered and I couldn’t make it to the range, did dry fire sessions A&B instead.
Vision training – Success, although I should in the future avoid drinking before I do these.

DTG 06/07/2013

  1. Dry Fire Session C
  2. 25% of my bodyweight on a single-arm kettlebell clean and press

I’ve noticed I’m having a lot more success with dry fire and fitness than I have been with actually getting to the range and shooting. I need to just suck it up and go. No more excuses.

  1. Curious as to your use of the KB…is it because you can do it @ home or looking for some other benefit vs. barbell/dumbbells?
