  1. Okay, so I actually went and did the homework on your statement, and I’ve come to the conclusion that I’d take AAC’s side. Based on the court filings and what I’ve read on Arfcom, the guy was in fact defaming AAC to a large reader base without providing any cites or actual facts. When you’re a niche company like AAC, that sort of thing can be very damaging to your bottom line.

  2. *shrug* Then we are simply going to have to agree to disagree – oddly enough, I do the homework on my statements before I make them, and I am decidedly not on the side of a company that flagrantly sues an individual for passing around heresay and gossip. But that is, as always, just me.
