You and me both Caleb. Hard to follow Firefly. Even for Joss.
I actually watched the first three episodes, but I think I’m finished with it now. Can’t put a face on it, but it just doesn’t do anything for me.
NOOOOOOOOO! I was so looking forward to that when I got off call, and caught up on house stuff.
I thought Dr. Horrible was brilliant and thought he was back on track again.
Now watch, Fox will renew it for 8 seasons , I say this while watching my Firefly dvds…

Of course…:
“Our sense is that most of the viewers with money or an education have
cable, VCRs, laserdisks, and they watch those instead of the networks.
Our programming more and more will have to turn to those who don’t
have any real education or money for other programming options.”

I’ve tried hard to like it. I’ve watched all three episodes. Anyone other than Whedon would have lost me halfway through the first episode. I’ll probably watch a couple more as I’m watching Sarah Connor anyway, but I’ve got a bad feeling about this.
Barb and I watched the first three episodes last night. It was okay. Great premise but they are going to have to do a little better to get my praise.
It is nowhere near as good as Firefly, and cannot even compare to Buffy. Against Angel… maybe. As it is, though, it is orders of magnitude better than most other things on television these days (and I do say “most”). I will probably keep watching, if only because I would have to resort to watching SciFi Channel Original movies otherwise…
