If you were planning on shooting the IDPA match tomorrow at Atlanta Conservation Club, it has been canceled due to potentially dangerous weather situations, namely ice. I’m all for realistic training, but loaded guns+movement+ice=recipe for bullets going where bullets shouldn’t go, and safety is still the number one goal.
We’re hopefully going to be able to shoot a match this coming January, if the weather will cooperate.
We’re going to try to get out to Eagle Creek tomorrow.
Sorry about that, we get a little nervous about cold weather and rain, seeing we have no services for salting roads and such. Hell, I am surprise the city wasn’t shut down this past Friday.
